LINE HACK 2025 brought developers together for a two-day hackathon at Club Glowfish Siam in Bangkok. I led the visual direction and built the system from the ground up: wordmark, key visual, motion language, stage and screen graphics, badges, wayfinding and on-site applications.
Rather than treating each asset as a separate design task, I defined one set of visual and motion rules that could scale across formats and the live venue. The result was a controlled event identity supporting code, focus and fast demos from the first participant touchpoint to the final presentation.
Identity and rollout
The wordmark, key visual and motion language formed one flexible toolkit for participant communication, stage content, wayfinding and the live demos. The same rules kept every touchpoint recognisable while adapting to radically different scales.
